OTR flatbed team truck driver job advantages:
- Top teams earn $125,000+
- Mileage pay up to .32 CPM + .05 CPM on all miles or .74 CPM on ½ the miles the truck delivers in a month after 7+ years of service with SPD.
- $2,625 transition bonus paid out within first 3 weeks!
- $1,100 weekly guaranteed if available for dispatch (157.15 daily) +.14 CPM to .20 CPM for all miles based on driving experience
- Safety bonus paid out monthly to qualified drivers up to .05 CPM

CDL-A OTR flatbed team truck driver job requirements:
- 1 year CDL-A driving experience REQUIRED
- 6 months flatbed experience required and minimum of 1 year OTR required
- No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No serious disqualifying traffic convictions within the last 3 years
- Must be able to obtain TWIC within 90 days of hire
